I I have the  only a week in my hands, but now I feel I have done a good deal.

I run about 60 miles a week and I must say that the total distance, the pulse and the average speed is exactly!

The unit is in my opinion, three weaknesses:

1) The current garmin nuvi 265w velocity during walking never does, but it’s the right Durchschnittsgechwindigkeit displayed.

2) The movie is not determined by the barometer, but using GPS, which is also often inaccurate.

I have a  305 hours after 1 / 2 years and am very satisfied. The combination of GPS and heart rate monitor for avid runners is obviously very convenient. The quality of GPS reception (apparently a problem with the 205) is generally very good, which was very important to me as I walk in the woods a lot.
The 305 offers many useful functions, such as ‘Virtual Partner’, which allows to run against a virtual opponent – with a fixed time or against their best while -.
They are up to four fields on the display freely configurable (eg, heart rate, average speed, time, distance).
The included software is not very good yet, so there’s only four stars.
You can export the distance recorded by the Web also available on Google Earth and then see where the rounds.

The  so I was only 2 days and only have an evaluation conducted with the various programs that I got worried. These include Google Earth Pro, runs sports (free), Garmin Training Center (the clock attached) and GPS Visualizer (Intersetseite, files generated Google Earth)

The clock menu is in English, but may be in the version 2.70 patch for the German without difficulty.

The main functions of the clock I have made known, without the manual, which is also a big plus operation – intuitive.
