I am using Onkyo HT S3300 with a vicious Concept P and a PS3 (fat). Basically, everything works well, although initially the heat when it is set to Onkyo HT S3300 was still enormous. A switch to 4 ohms brought a significant reduction in heat generation.

The SR608 is Onkyo as it were, according to the initial model for the THX certified model line.

The Onkyo tx sr508 has slightly more punch and plays a whole or controlled in the bass and overall results in a more homogeneous picture.
